International Shipping

For our International Customers, we usually ship outside of the United States via United Parcel Service (UPS). Given the ever-changing landscape for International commerce, we may end up needed to ship your order through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If we change the carrier and the shipping fee is less than you were charged when placing the order, Lact-Aid will refund the amount back to your original method of payment. If we need to change the carrier and the shipping cost is more than you originally paid, Lact-Aid will cover the additional expense with no charge to you. Hopefully UPS can get you your package; they are often the least expensive and most reliable method of delivery for our customers.

Delivery is usually within a week, but this does not include any delay going through Customs. Lact-Aid is not responsible for VAT, duties, tariffs or any other taxes or fees collected on the shipment from the destination country.

We do suggest that you purchase a minimum of the Starter Nursing Trainer System and at least a 4 pack of Bags because of the time and cost it takes to ship international; you do not want to interrupt nursing waiting for bags or parts. Remember that the Starter kit has two Nursing Trainers so if you lose or break a part you would not interrupt nursing while you waited for replacement parts.
