Lact-Aid 30-Day Returns - Refund Policy:

Email us to obtain a Return Authorization. (RA Number).

Only unopened LA Systems and supplies are returnable for a refund. We cannot accept returns on opened LA Systems, parts and accessories or unused parts that were part of an opened System due to hygiene reasons. There are no exceptions to this policy.

LA Return and Refund Policy applies only to items you have purchased directly from Lact-Aid International. It does not apply to items you purchased or received from other sources

The Lact-Aid Nursing Trainer is designed for intimate use by Mother and Baby. Federal Law prohibits the reuse of this type of product; therefore for health and hygiene reasons this product it is not returnable if tamper-evident bags or the clear box is opened and the tamper-evident safety seal is broken.

• Complete LA Systems and quantity packs of LA Nursing Bags are packed inside tamper-evident bags or clear plastic boxes. If the bags or box is opened, any individual items inside are not eligible for return.

• If the Safety Seal on the clear plastic box is broken cut or peeled off the product is non-returnable. No exceptions.

• Returns are accepted for unopened items only. This refers to the protective packaging on the product item. It does not refer to the shipping carton.

• Return Authorization must be obtained within 30 days after purchase date.

Shipping Fees & unearned discounts are not refundable. If your original product was shipped using flat rate shipping, Lact-Aid's portion of the shipping costs will be deducted from your return balance. For example, if you paid $4.50 for flat rate shipping and the cost to Lact-Aid is $8.50, the $4 difference will be subtracted from your refund.

Customer pays shipping to return items. COD returns will be refused.
