SHIPPING: We do our best to ship all orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern the same day, otherwise we will ship the next business day. For US Holidays that fall on normal business days, we will ship the next business day.
UPS is only available for orders going to street addresses in the continental US. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes (US Postal Service does, however).
UPS Ground : Orders are that are shipped UPS ground usually take 4-7 business days for delivery.
You can look at the map below for an estimation of how long UPS Ground will take to get to your state.
UPS 2nd Day Air :Orders that are shipped UPS 2 Day Air take 2 business days to arrive.
UPS 3 Day Air : Orders that are shipped UPS 3 Day take 3 business days to arrive.
UPS Next Day Air :Orders that are shipped UPS Next Day Air take 1 business days to arrive.
**If you DO NOT receive your UPS AIR shipment on time, please notify us within 7 days. Notification beyond 7 days will mean your claim for a refund from UPS will be denied.
International Shipments
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary from country to country around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local DHL, postal or customs office for more information. It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping Terms
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been shipped.
Lact-Aid International cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
