SHIPPING: All orders are usually shipped the same day if received by 10:00am EST, otherwise will ship next BUSINESS DAY.
BUSINESS DAY:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are business days. Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days.
UPS is only available for orders going to STREET ADDRESSES in the continental US.
UPS Ground : Orders are that are shipped UPS ground take 4-7 business days for delivery.

UPS 2nd Day Air :Orders that are shipped UPS 2 Day Air take 2 business days to arrive.
UPS 3 Day Air : Orders that are shipped UPS 3 Day take 3 business days to arrive.
UPS Next Day Air :Orders that are shipped UPS Next Day Air take 1 business days to arrive.
**If you DO NOT receive your UPS AIR shipment on time, it is YOUR responsibility to notify UPS & Lact-Aid within 7 days or your claim for refund of Air Shipment will be denied by UPS.
International Shipments
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary from country to country around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local DHL, postal or customs office for more information. It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping Terms
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been shipped.
Lact-Aid International cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
